"I baptize you with water, but He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit." Mark 1:8
In joyous celebration, we would be most honored and humbled to Baptize you, a child or loved one into the loving family of Christ.
The significance of Baptism is a necessary benefit for salvation and to secure the blessings of God's mercy. We do not profess that God's mercy extends only to those who are baptized, but Baptism reflects the commitment to accept Christ into your life, follow Christ and try to live according to His Word.
Following spiritual counseling; an adult may seek Baptism or sponsor their child. A youth of age of "presumed understanding" (16) may seek Baptism on their own with parental consent. Baptism in Special Circumstance, for one who is grievously ill, is accomplished without delay and without fee- regardless of circumstance.
In cases of infant and child Baptism; the parent(s), Godparent(s) or Grandparent(s) will be asked to affirm a Profession of Faith. At least one Godparent (Sponsor) is suggested and should be Catholic (or Christian) and Baptized. Baptisms can be done at any venue; home, reception hall and the like. A $200 donation is suggested depending on location. A child receives a plush "Lamb of God" rattle/snuggle, as well as the child's first collection of picture Bible stories and a "Baptismal Candle".
